WPSA-IRAN BRANCH was founded in 1995 by a number of interested poultry specialist and started its activities by 10 members. The goal of WPSA-IRAN BRANCH is to make relationship with other countries and scientific centers, quality development and promotion of scientific level of Iran poultry industry by holding on forums and seminars and introduction of world's famous professor and researchers for transferring the latest poultry industry technical findings to the country and improvement of product quality and economical profits of this industry in Iran.
At the present the WPSA - IRAN BRANCH has over 200 members that have very important role in introduction of Iran poultry industry to the world.
It must be remembered that on bases of FAO reports the Islamic Republic of Iran is among the 20 first countries in the world for production of egg and poultry meat.
